Jim grew up with a grandfather restoring small single engine airplanes in the back yard and tackling every job around the house himself. His father was a home builder and had him digging foundations and loading dumpsters when he was 12 years old. They taught him to solve problems creatively and the value of hard work. They instilled him with a sense of pride in his work that he carries to this day running his own business. He keeps his father involved to this day to keep him active and he loves talking about the jobs and helping with the estimates. He hopes his son will one day take over the business and keep the tradition alive for future generations. You may meet young Thurston if we work for you when school is out on weekends, brakes and over the summer. He loves working with us and will always do his best to respect your home or business.
